Modern Function Room For Hire In South Shields

We noticed that our café was a popular place for groups of friends or professionals to get together. That's why we're delighted to announce our brand-new private function room, a spacious place which you can hire for any special occasion or event. This room is a perfect location to host your function: from meetings to parties, anniversaries to baby showers, birthdays to society gatherings and so much more! You can decorate the room as you wish and we have plenty of chairs and tables which can be arranged to suit your individual event.

Children's Playroom

Parents are able to have a cup of coffee and a nice bite to eat whilst they let their little ones play and they don't have to worry about whether they are making too much noise which may disturb other customers. Our playroom is free to use and can be used between 9 til 5 Monday to Saturday and 10 til 4 on a Sunday (as long as the room isn't booked out for a function). 

Our Function Room

With its warm, modern décor and very adaptable space, our function room is ideal for a wide range of small-to-medium sized functions, from professional events to parties. We can organise catering for your function, providing food and drink from our fine selection of homemade and imported Italian delicacies, and you can even get alcoholic beverages provided for you and your guests. The room can be accessed fifteen minutes in advance and can take reservations for up to twenty people.

Baby Showers

With its cosy, friendly feel and comfortable furnishings, our functions room makes a perfect location for your baby shower. Whether you are hosting a stand-up event with finger food and tea, or a sit-down affair with more extensive catering, we can arrange it to make sure you have a fabulous, memorable baby shower. If you'd like to decorate the room with balloons, streamers and other baby-shower themed decorations, we'll happily accommodate your decoration plans and help you to make the room suited for your event.
Our function room is ideal for business meetings and small conferences, providing a quiet and modern space where you and your colleagues can host talks, hold discussions and brainstorm. We do whatever we can to make sure the set-up of the room is just right for your corporate function, with plenty of chairs and tables which can be laid out in whichever arrangement suits the planned proceedings for the day; we can also accommodate presentation equipment and catering for your midday break.
